检举内容
汉高的行为准则、价值观、领导承诺和进一步的内部标准都体现了对我们自身行为、商业以及利益相关者行为的高度期望。包括违法行为在内的任何可能违反汉高这些基准的行为都可能被检举。尤其是，有关人权和环境风险，以及因汉高或汉高供应商的商业活动而产生的与人权相关或环境义务相违背的行为也可能被检举。
检举渠道
我们为检举者提供各种渠道来检举潜在的不当行为。
- 员工可能会求助于其上级、人力资源部、合规或法律部门来提出他们的顾虑、获得建议，并检举潜在的不当行为。
- 可通过以下方式联系由汉高管理委员会授权的汉高合规组织来负责任地处理提交给集团的所有检举内容
- 通过电子邮件 (compliance.office@henkel.com),
- 通过线上表单
- 通过汉高合规热线进行公开或匿名检举（电话及线上表单的联系人和访问代码可以在页面下方找到）
- 如果检举人涉及汉高在欧盟的公司，但不希望涉及汉高股份有限及两合公司的合规经理（包含本地合规经理），可向独立于汉高组织并受职业保密约束的外部监察员检举。
- 最后，在某些司法管辖区，汉高完全支持检举人直接向政府机构进行举报。
查阅和处理检举人的报告
汉高将非常谨慎、快速和保密地对待任何检举人的报告，并完全遵守适用的隐私法。
这包括严格的工作需要原则，即只有汉高合规集团组织（本地和全球），以及当事件需要时其他相关部门和外部专业调查人员或审计员能够查阅、调查和跟进检举报告。
调查过程将正式登记和记录在案。调查要遵循程序公平性和客观性原则，继而公正地决策。同时，在违规行为被证实之前，所有涉案人员均被认定为清白。
汉高对已发现的不当行为将采取有力措施，其中包括对违规者采取适当的纪律措施。在适当的情况下，汉高可能会让政府机构参与并提起诉讼。根据已调查的事实，汉高的合规组织（当地和全球）通常会与主管业务的部门经理和人力资源部门合作，共同裁定对违规事件的处理措施。
答复和保护检举人
检举人将尽快收到答复。作为一般指导，我们在收到任何检举报告后的七天内将予以答复，并在三个月内给予事件结论或更新信息。根据适用法律，答复必须考虑到所有涉及的人员的保密性和隐私权。
汉高不会容忍任何类型的报复。我们会保护每位善意发言的人，哪怕其所说的被证明为无事实根据的。
