What you'll do

  • Responsible for Process technology&process assurance & following up key account quality improvement initiative and troubleshooting, driving internal team continuous improvement. Including typical issue root cause analysis driven. Work closely with internal team to troubleshooting the issues.                          
  • Responsible the Scale-up processing in Yantai from PD or PDE to meet the marketing requirement.
  • Responsible for process engineering of project transfer from other plant to Yantai.                  
  • Responsible ME technical documents management.
  • Participate in Henkel SHEQ management system, ROHS, 5S system, ISO 9001/ISO 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 related Management Requirements and Continuous Improvement.

  • Master degree with Chemical related major.
  • 0~1 working experience, fresh graduated student is also welcomed.
