YOUR ROLE

  • Centralized business operation of Watsons against VS channel integration during transition period.
  • Cooperate to maintain Watsons annual agreement negotiation and planning on total VS business as well to deliver sales target within budget.
  • Responsibilities

  • Watsons annual business planning (JBP, Promotion, NPD, Project-base activities).
  • Analyze & optimize trade spending in all manners, achieving annual target from ROI perspective, and making sure the positive P&L outcome.
  • Working with TM to come up with category solution based on Watsons different type of stores & planogram according to company policy & strategy, and execution excellence.
  • Actively work with BA management team in terms of Watsons store level seamless execution.
  • Actively work with Watsons related O2O functional team to effectively develop opportunity of online business and achieving stretch target of online share of business in all manners.
  • Timely work with supply chain team for making sure Watsons forecast accuracy which could reasonably support all related promotional activities.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Working with Watsons related category TM team to planning for all the promotional activities and making sure successful bidding in Watsons internal prom system. (30%)
  • Analyze exist promotion mechanism & special project review and come up with better solution to applies to future mechanism to develop for better outcomes. (30%)
  • Finishing daily cooperation with Watsons trading team and leverage internal resource to meet external requirement accordingly. (15%)
  • Working with BA management team to smoothly execute all related activities in store level. (10%)
  • Actively working with O2O functional team to develop for better results. (10%)
  • Timely work with supply chain team for better Watsons service level. (5%)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Negotiation & Holistic business management skills with at least 5 years KAM role experience, FMCG industry background, and Watsons related 3 years managing experience as KA is a must.
  • Business result-driven mindset and clear way of logical thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Holistic business management & analysis skills.
  • People skills for both internal & external.
  • Smoothly using Microsoft office related tools to develop & analyze business.
  • English and presentation skill.
