YOUR ROLE
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new technology/product development projects.
- Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems.
- Lead innovation projects independently with ownership.
- Strengthen Henkel’s IP through patent development in area of competence.
- Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.
- Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE work.
- Support operation on product scale-up, process optimization and quality.

YOUR SKILLS
- PhD or master’s degree in chemistry, polymer science or material science, with 3-5 years industry experience.
- Know-how of ECA/EMI technology is preferred.
- Experience with epoxy and silicone technology is preferred.
- Fluent verbal & written communication in English & Chinese.
